Amos Butler Audubon Society and Friends of Marott Woods Nature Preserve are joining together to offer a bird hike at Marott Woods Nature Preserve on Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 8:30-10:30 am. The hike will be led by Matthew Krohn and Becky Heck, both outstanding birders.

The preserve is 102 acres that runs along Williams Creek. It has dirt trails and is generally flat terrain. Warblers such as Yellow-throated and Northern Parula should be singing from the Sycamore trees and last year the preserve even hosted a Worm-eating Warbler.
