Join field trip leaders Logan and Kristina Lakins, and Jonathan and Whitney Yoerger, for an afternoon field trip to Goose Pond Fish & Wildlife Area in search of waterfowl, cranes, and raptors. Just before dusk, Short-eared Owls will likely appear.

Meet at the Goose Pond Visitor’s Center parking lot at 1:00 pm. The majority of the field trip will be by car with multiple stops to get out to view birds. Make sure to bring your binoculars and a spotting scope if you have one. A limited number of binoculars will be available to lend if needed.
